Hello!

My name is Nicole Richardson. I have a passion for early childhood education! I love helping kids explore the world, and seeing all the excitement it brings them. They really help me appreciate all the little things in life.
After I moved my own daughter from a large daycare to a small dayhome, I saw the HUGE positive impact it made in her life. Particularly, I loved the strong bond she made in a small group setting, and the stability of having one child care provider. I believe creating strong, positive relationships and a safe, nurturing environment allows children to feel comfortable to learn and explore. I am thrilled to be able to offer this experience to other families!!
I am a Level II Early Childhood Educator. After completing my schooling in 2015, I have had experience working in daycares, preschools, and as a nanny in Alberta, BC, and New Zealand. I am also certified in Child Care First Aid & CPR.
In my spare time I enjoy cooking and all things outdoors, such as hiking, camping, kayaking, and soccer. I have also had the opportunity to travel to some amazing places. One of my favourite countries was New Zealand where I lived for one year and met my now husband.
After also living in England for two years, we moved to Canada and bought our first home in St. Albert. We have two wonderful children and a labradoodle pup.
